International Day of Nowruz 🌹❤️🌻

International Day of Nowruz 🌹❤️🌻
Persian New Year

The United Nations has designated March 21st as International Nowruz Day, a holiday celebrated by millions around the world. During Nowruz, people enjoy festive meals, dancing, and the tradition of thoroughly spring-cleaning their homes. Meaning “new day” in Persian, Nowruz marks the first day of the Persian calendar and typically coincides with the Spring Equinox. It symbolizes the end of darkness and the rebirth of nature.

The New Year brings uplifting messages to people of all nations, often centered on four key themes:

-Sharing joy,
-Honoring the memory of loved ones who have passed,
-Striving to set aside resentments and reconcile, and
-Helping those facing financial hardships.

These values resonate deeply with Nowruz. From childhood to the present, I’ve witnessed—within both my family and community—how people embrace these principles to celebrate Nowruz joyfully, even amid life’s challenges.

As we welcome this new beginning, I extend my warmest wishes to all my loved ones and honor those no longer with us. May your Nowruz overflow with joy, renewal, and everlasting happiness.🌹❤️🌻
